goodaye, I am very interested to learn what is the correct method to remove/cut solid aluminium from a steel pipe.
I would like information on pump pressures, the kind of nozzles required etc.

Abrasive waterjet would be the only way other then Grit blasting with huge equipment..

Please give more details ie. Thickness of alluminium, Is the alli from production, how is it bonded to the steel does the steel need to be protected... how much total material is to be removed..?
