Automated High Pressure Cleaning

Aggregates (fine gravel) is mixed with paint into a rotative horizontal mixer (3'-8'' dia. x 16' long).  The inside of the mixer requires a daily cleaning to remove paint agglomerations & residues.  This operation is manually done with water at high pressure (3000 psi & 8 GPM).

Does somebody know an automated similar application?  Please, could you give me some references?

Hi Andre,

NLB has many customers using our 3D tank cleaning technology to clean their large tanks and reactors.  The tank cleaning systems are rated for pressures up to 20,000 psi, so if 3,000 isn't getting all of the paint off, higher pressure equipment is available to you.

I have emailed you a copy of NLB's tank cleaning brochure so that you can see how our cleaning heads and stack cleaners get down inside tanks via the manway opening.  Most clients position the cleaning heads with a tow line or a telescopic lance.
