Surface Prepration of Oil Storage tank.

I have a question regarding removal of coating from Vertical Oil Storage tanks:
*Coating is of Epoxy Type so let me know the specificatioin of the Hydro Balsting Machine required .
*Does NLB provide these machine in India , and does it have any dealer network in India .
* How much maintanance these machine requires . And is there any such such facility available in India from NLB for its maintanance
* How effective is Hydro Blasting over Abrasive Blasting .
* How much will it cost to me to have a machine capable of easily executing the job .
